Auto and Industrial Executive Assistant

A&M's AIG team is looking for an ambitious, razor sharp professional to develop a comprehensive support network for our nationally growing team. This person will have demonstrated the ability to organize several high priority items and cross-functional projects into coherent initiatives. They will have high attention to detail to help manage demanding travel schedules, complex calendars, time and expense reporting while keeping the lines of communication flowing between Managing Directors, teams and the organization.

This role can be based out of any Alvarez and Marsal office within the United States with the flexibility to work remote. This successful candidate will be required to work East Coast/Central hours and work overtime as needed to support the Managing Directors.

You will:

  • Provide support to multiple Managing Directors with complex calendars, arrange intricate travel / logistics, process complex time and heavy expense report submissions.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, process invoices, proposals or other materials.
  • Work with the leadership team on projects related to operations, business development, client engagements, talent coordination, department activities - endless opportunities to learn and evolve in this role.
  • Identify opportunities to improve work processes and contribute to best practices protocols for shared team documents.
  • Work with the administration team to provide coverage for Managing Directors during time out of the office.

You have:

  • A bachelor's degree with 4+ years working as an EA or similar role in a professional services firm / management consulting firm
  • Excellent computer skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent experience with Concur or other expense reporting tool
  • Experience with Concur or other travel booking tool, Agresso or other time management tool
